M1- First Meeting 14th-17th November 2017, Nynäshamn (Sweden)

From 14th to 17th of November 2017 we met in Nynäshamn (Sweden) to work together on the project. Some of the points we worked on were: 

- Definition of how we will work cooperatively and communicate internationally. For example, we have decided to share documents by Google Drive.

- Analysis of the schedule and the detailed work plan of the project.

- Design of two different kinds of survey: one regarding the digital needs in teachers, and another about the digital needs in adult students. We have analysed the European Digital Framework and also the different characteristics and needs of our Educational centres. We have started to think on the possible questions we could include in the survey.

- Planning the schedule and the steps for the next international meeting. Next months we will work on the surveys in our Educational centres in order to share the results in Lithuania.

Nynäshamns Kompetenscentrum (NKC) were really good hosts organzing a schedule with time to work, to know each other better and to show us a little bit of their place. We also learnt what "fika" means and we tasted a delicious Christmas swedish dinner that Marlene prepared for us. Thank you again!

We all came back home with a clear picture of the project, of the next steps in it, and of the team we are. During the next months we will work on the project in our schools and we will keep in contact by email, and some virtual meetings before seeing again in March in Lithuania.
